1. Nick wins tickets to a sold-out concert. Lee and Ted want the tickets and decide to steal them from Nick. Ted is not armed, and thinks that Lee is also unarmed. The two hide behind some bushes and jump Nick when he walks by. While Ted holds Nick down, Lee, instead of grabbing the tickets, whips out his Swiss army knife and slits Nick's throat. Lee then runs off and leaves the tickets behind. Is Ted liable as an accomplice in Nick's death?
