No one can dispute the fact that online education has been increasingly popular and evolved rapidly in these past few years. This trend has inspired our journey to develop LearnSphere: an online platform primarily dedicated to engraving the footprints in making a vast impact on how individuals can access and interact with educational courses. As our journey starts with blank pages, our first aim is to select a Project Management Methodology that will fulfill our objectives, and we will explore in detail as to why choosing Scrum instead of Waterfall to be the most suitable approach for LearnSphere. As Scrum allows for greater flexibility and focus on iterative framework that compliments the dynamic nature of our project and its requirements. Furthermore, Scrum Methodology is the most preferable approach because it allows Product owners and development teams to have the flexibility to adjust and change the project's scope or the requirements.
