no2 Shahzaib was walking on the streets of Karachi, suddenly a 3 rounds of fire were shot in a wedding ceremony a few yards away. One of the bullets unfortunately hit into the leg of shahzaib and he was taken to hospital. Dr Advice that shahzaib has lost his leg in the incident and will no longer be able to walk. The defendant claimed that fire was shot in the air and there was no intention to hurt shahzaib. Shahzaib should have taken care of walking on footpath apportion by the state for the pedestrian.
