Nobita's younger brother Nobisuke was aware of the conflict between Nobita and Sinchan. Nobisuke once almost drowned while trying to take a selfie in a river near his village and it was Sinchan who rescued him. Nobisuke considers Sinchan as his brother. Furthermore, Sinchan always helped Nobisuke whenever Nobita bullied him when they were little. Nobisuke saw Sinchan's stories on Whatsapp about the bus incident. Nobisuke felt even more guilty because he had posted pictures of his 16th birthday celebration with Nobita and Shizuka early that day with the hashtag #familycomesfirst. Sinchan has commented on those pictures wishing him "happy birthday, bro". Nobisuke felt sorry for Sinchan and borrowed RM5000.00 from Makio, a licensed moneylender, to help Sinchan. Nobisuke sent a message to Sinchan via WhatsApp asking about his conditions. Nobisuke apologized on behalf of Nobita and hoped their relationship would go back to as it was before. Nobisuke told Sinchan that he had borrowed some money to help with Sinchan's mother's medical expenses and other costs. Before asking for Sinchan bank's account detail, Nobisuke told him that he must return the money within five months as he had already promised to repay Makio within that timeframe. Sinchan need not worry about paying the interest as Nobisuke will use his own personal saving to cover those costs. Sinchan was so happy and immediately gave his account number to Nobisuke. Five months later, Makio demanded the RM5000.00 from Nobisuke along with the interest promised to which Nobisuke denied liability.
