Noodles and Company is a fast casual dining restaurant opened by Aaron Kennedy on October third 1995. Aaron first came up with the concept in 1993 while dining in a small Asian noodle diner in New York City. Soon after moving to Boulder, Colorado with his wife and soon to be first child he opened his first location close to his home. The company mostly operates in the north/north east such as Colorado, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and the District of Columbia. The problems that this company can face are great and many. They include 1. Competition, 2. Expansion, 3. Trying to keep the same quality and atmosphere while expanding.
