Not all "laws "are created by the government.  Some are created by individuals dealing with each other. How are these "laws" created and give an example of such a law.

2. What is the difference between a right and an obligation? Give an example of how one person or entity has a right and another has an offsetting obligation.

3. An employee of a corporation published an article stating that Donald Trump should be prohibited from running for president because of his activities on January 6, 2021. Can the employee be imprisoned for writing the article? Can the employee be fired from their job for writing the article? If the answers are different, why?
