In this project, Javen, a YouTuber who has achieved great success, will perform a promotional tour and raise awareness of Australia, Turkey and Bangladesh. In addition to gaining a better understanding of the cultures in these countries and raising awareness for his podcast and brand, six groups will be able to experience the podcast.

The high-level description is that Javen is a food YouTuber that travels the world to experience food cultures promo tour. Originating from the US, then going to Australia, Turkey and Bangladesh, taking the six couples on tour, the couples will pay for their flights back to the US and to Bangladesh. A high-level requirement for the trip is to secure funding and discounts on flights and accommodations. The six couples confirmed their attendance, had locals confirm participation and ensured Javen attended, not exceeding the budget, and arrived at each destination on time.

This project aims to plan a world tour that takes Javen to Australia, Turkey, and Bangladesh to promote his wildly successful YouTube podcast and to bring six couples along to experience the food and culture over 45 days. The exit criteria are that the project should be within the budget and the predetermined timeframe. The key deliverables are A podcast produced from the travels to each country, bringing the six couples to each country, and bringing awareness to the brand and countries.

The constraints are the budget, schedule and time, the quality. It is acquiring sufficient funds to cover the trip minus guests' air travel and accommodation. Therefore, it is crucial for the journey to start on time and that each country is reached according to the itinerary. It is imperative to have locals from each country willing to meet and guide this tour. This assumption assumes that all country regulations will remain unchanged and that foreigners will be allowed to travel. It also believes that all guests, including Javen, can attend/travel. This tour is designed to raise awareness of Javen's wildly successful YouTube podcast and the individual countries, and we assume that guests will enjoy the trip and learn new things.
