Now that so many banking transactions can be done online, at an ATM, or over the telephone, there are fewer reasons to go to a branch bank building. What new services (financial? other?) can you imagine that banks will offer to get people to come into their buildings? Or, do you think that the future of banking is online now that smartphones are able to do banking transactions & electronic purchases.
