Now that we have completed our study of the Statute of Frauds, w rite a two to three p aragraph essay addressing whether you believe that the United States should do away with the Statute of Frauds, as England mostly has, or whether you think that the legislation has merit and should remain in effect. Please explain the reasons behind your position and, in that, give an example using either one case we studied in Chapter 15 or one of the problems we discussed from Chapter 15 to support your position. State whether you agreed or disagreed with the case or problem you selected and incorporate your opinion into your overall position regarding the Statute of Frauds.
