Now that you have a list of possible things that can go wrong, it is your job to identify solutions. This often requires a bit of brainstorming. It may also lead you to revisit your service$/$production process and change it to avoid the problem from arising.

Choose two issues per step to resolve. For each issue chosen, identify at least two possible solutions. For example, for the issue $$No one answers the phone$,$ the solutions could be:

$$ All calls coming into the restaurant are forwarded to a personal cell phone if they are not picked up within three rings.

$$ One staff member must always be assigned to man the phones.

$$ My business employees a professional answering services that answers all calls that ring more than $5$ times.
