Now that you have some background as to how projects are structured, you will begin to develop your own project plan. Using the table in the attached document below, your team will work through each phase of the information cycle to begin developing your project plan. You should list the tasks required of each phase (as well as ideas that you have, such as topics or research avenues), with the deadlines for each. Your deadlines can include deliverable dates but try to focus on spacing out your project based on each phase. As previously noted, the six weeks of the project break down to one week for planning and design, three weeks for development and production, and two weeks for evaluation.
