Nowadays lot of people wear devices that can monitor diet and physical activities. A researcher is interested in determining if wearing these devices actually help people lose weight.

Researcher had 26 people who are already participating in a diet and exercise program use a wearable device for 24 months. He measured the participants weight (in kilograms) before using the device and 24 months after wearing the device.
