Referencing your current employer (or a past-employer if you are not currently employed), consider and respond to the following:

1. Do they have a Code of Ethics?

If they do:

• Is it documented?
• How is it enacted (or not) to become a part of the organizational culture?

If they do not:

• In your opinion, do organizational leaders follow an unwritten code?
• How does the unwritten code manifest itself (or not) as a part of the organizational culture?

2. What is your opinion about organizations creating codes of conduct for their suppliers?
