8.Whether they think the listener should interpret meaning or if the speaker should say things so clearly that nothing is left to interpretation

9.Whether they provide the details first and then report conclusions or if they report the conclusions and the most important points and then report details only when asked

10.Whether they prefer to be diplomatic or confront issues openly

11.Whether it is more important for the individual person or for the company to succeed

12.Whether employees should be given individual recognition

13.How important it is to take individual initiative

14.Whether a person is responsible for aunts and uncles or just their parents, spouse and children

15.How they feel about nonconformists

16.How they think employees should be motivated

17.Whether or not it is important to get to know someone before doing business with them

18.Whether they would stay at work late to get the job done
