Nursing managers have a significant impact on maintaining a conducive work environment as it is a shared responsibility for management, staff, and employers. lack of empowerment, workplace violence, staff turnover, demotivation, staff absenteeism, work overload, and understaffing are some managerial problems that need good and evidence-based managerial strategies (Allah, Elshrief, & Ageiz, 2020). ii. Insufficient institutional support both at the institutional or organizational level led to managerial problems such as inadequate staffing, inconsistent communication, or staff burnout among nurses. Management can resolve this through effective communication with interdisciplinary teams (Law, 2023)
