o In your portfolio you should write a description of your process/data set. Specific sections of your entry I will be looking for: what is the process - give us a sense of how your process works what is measured - how is the measurement done, how often, challenges, precision. Also cite/describe where you got your data. what causes the measurement to vary (divide those into the ones you can control and the ones you can't), define quality for your process: who is the customer and why is this measurement important to them. Make a run chart and explain what it shows going on with your process at different times. I am looking for specific descriptions of events that affected your process and cause the features shown on your run chart.
