Based on your current or most recent employment, answer the survey questions about your job. If you have never been employed before use either a role you had in a volunteer organization or perhaps even your role as a full time student as a point of reference.

Score the survey and report your scores, then answer the following question in this journal post:

Based on your reading in the textbook and other outside readings, which of the other models, frameworks, theories or ideas of motivation do you think best explains, supports, or complements the concepts behind the job characteristics model? Provide a clear explanation and justification as to why you think that is the case. In other words make a connection between any of the other theories presented in textbook and the job characteristics model.
