OBJECTIVE:

The objective of this assignment is to enhance individual student's skills, knowledge, and cognitive in generating effective and efficient strategies.

REQUIREMENT:

Refer to task 1, generate strategies for Media Prima by using few matching tools.

Part IV: Matching

4.1 SWOT Analysis (Refer page 85 in the module)

4.1.1 SO strategies (Suggest 2 strategies, and list the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the strategies)

4.1.2 WO strategies (Suggest 2 strategies, and list the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the strategies)

4.1.3 ST strategies (Suggest 2 strategies, and list the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the strategies)

4.1.4 WT strategies (Suggest 2 strategies, and list the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the strategies)

4.2 SPACE Matrix (Page 89 in the module) - suggest two strategies.

Part V: Implementing

Design a table that consists of strategies from 4.1 and 4.2; indicate the when, who, and how the strategies should be implemented.

Part VI: Monitoring

Adopting Rumelt's principles, suggest monitoring tools for all the strategies above in a table (Page 125 in the module).
