OBJECTIVES: The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners' ability to explain and discuss the work design for motivation to optimise work processes, ensure the right values are created and increase productivity by explaining roles, systems and procedures; reducing repetitive elements within and between jobs; and optimising employee responsibilities in an organisation. REQUIREMENT: This assignment comprises two tasks. You are required to do both of them.
