Objectives: to be able to find and analyze a business situation requiring change (e.g. a new competitor threatening you business, a process that can be automatized, a revenue stream possibility, etc.), explain the problem/opportunity, collect user/customer needs (e.g. interviews/surveys) if possible to understand how best to solve this problem, define the budget and return-on-investment, and then explain the process of this change (project main phases/sprints, change management approach, etc.).
