According to Hays, change management prospective applies the following theories: Teleological, Dialectical, Life cycle and Evolutionary. Research these theories and provide real life examples that you came across in your work, daily life or any other activities. 2. Identify and explain in detail the Reactive and Self-Reinforcing sequences and their impact on the change outcome. Provide examples. 3.
