Select another person with whom you would be comfortable having a conversation. Select one of the two scenarios listed below and please record the conversation with the other person. While being recorded, you will be asked to interact as if you both were in one of the following scenarios.

Scenario one: You are running behind on your deliverable, and you have to explain to your stakeholder why, and how you are going to rectify the situation. This is the third time your team has left you without a deliverable. How will you relay the message to your stakeholders? How will you exhibit emotional intelligence in this situation? What techniques will you use?
