Consider a crisis or disaster that took place in the United States in recent years, and how it was managed by persons in a leadership position at the time. Now, imagine how the leader you chose in the discussion forum might have acted in the same crisis or disaster.

Write a one- to two-page case study that includes the following information:

• Describe the crisis or disaster that took place.
• Compare and contrast the crisis management style exhibited by the persons in a position of leadership at the time of the crisis, with what you imagine "your" leader would have demonstrated.
• Provide a rationale that explains your answer.
