risk factors

plan of distribution

Recommendations & conclusions

Post-issue evaluation

examine a stock chart ( which includes time before & after the issue (eg 2 or 3 year chart)) & evaluate the stock performance before & after the issue

identify any recent significant corporate news

Other company documents

briefly examine & discuss 1 other recently filed document of this company

Report format:

The report should consist of:

2- 3 pages of analysis

supporting tables & charts

stock chart

an appendix containing a printout of key pages from the prospectus -- NOT the entire prospectus
