Occasionally, technical problems can disrupt a test attempt. This results in a "lock" on the test. If this occurs, you can attempt the test again if you:

contact me requesting a re$-$take seven days after the first attempt.

contact me requesting a re$-$take within $24$ hours of the first attempt.

contact the eCampus Help Desk and ask them to issue a backup test.

contact the eCampus Help Desk and ask them to "unlock" the test.
