  1. Officer Ahmed Alzahabi was on routine patrol in his squad car at 11 p.m. one evening when he noted a tall, slender woman waiting alone at a bus stop. Naturally inquisitive, he exited his car, walked up to her, and asked her name and why she was out so late. The woman replied that her name was Helen Bixbee and that she was waiting for the 11:20 p.m. bus. After saying thanks, the officer returned to his squad car and ran the name Helen Bixbee in the records database contained in his laptop computer. A search bf the database revealed an arrest warrant for one Helen Bixbee, issued by a neighboring county. Based on this warrant, Officer Alzahabi returned to the car and arrested Bixbee. During a search of Bixbe, the officer discovered a bag of heroin. When Officer Alzahabi returned to the police station, it was learned that the arrest warrant for Bixbee had actually been revoked, which the clerk in charge of updating the database failed to note in the database. Nonetheless, Bixbee was charged with drug possession.

The evidence is:

(A) admissible because Officer Alzahabi's had probable cause to arrest Bixbee and found the heroin during a valid search incident to arrest.

(B) inadmissible because the warrant was invalid.

(C) admissible because, even if the warrant was invalid, Officer Alzahabi was entitled to rely on the warrant.

(D) inadmissible because the warrant was invalid and Officer Alzahabi could not reasonably rely on the warrant
