Officer Muldoon is instructed by his Captain to be on the lookout for art work that was stolen from the ASU Art Museum earlier that night before he begins his shift assignment to patrol a neighborhood close to the museum.

While on patrol, Officer Muldoon looks through a garage window from his vehicle and sees a statue inside the garage that he knows is one of the stolen works of art based on the briefing he received.
