OK, please make sure you read the material (posted above) on Aldi. This German powerhouse (and parent company of Trader Joe's) is a great example of how supply chain and retailing are really one topic....

Let's start a debate on how this "medium-sized" store (much bigger than a 7-11 and Dollar Tree) but much, much, smaller than Kroger or a "big-box retailer" like Wal-Mart or Costco is going to crush, kill, and destroy thousands of retailers in it's path-- or not.

Please do some research on another German retailer, Lidl, and how this two-headed German Monster has Kroger and Wal-Mart scared.......or will Lidl compete with Aldi and not Kroger?

Please share any and all thoughts on the food retail sector and how it will look in 2025 when you need groceries.
