I meant to say that we are supposed to answer it for one m by n chocolate bar that is (part a)2 by 2 and has one spoiled one by one square, (part b) one 2 by 3 chocolate bar that has one spoiled one by one square, and (part c) one 3 by 3 chocolate bar that has one spoiled one by one square. The person who wanted more info wanted the programming language which I believe is an odd request since I don't believe the question asks for coding but rather asks in each of the three scenarios is it better to go first or second in this game and why. It's likely different for each size of chocolate bar. But just in case, we use Python in this algorithms class when coding is required.

I. a. Moldy chocolate Two players take turns by breaking an ,n n chocolate bar, which has one spoiled 1 1 square. Each break must be a single straight line cutting all the way across the bar along the boundaries between the squares. After each break, the player who broke the bar last eats the piece that does not contain the spoiled square. The player left with the spoiled square loses the game.
