OM Reflections Paper

My major is human resources management. Operations management concepts can be utilized in any type of company or career.

For your intended job, describe briefly what the job will entail. Then discuss at least $15$ concepts we have looked at during this semester and describe briefly what the concept was and then elaborate on how it will be used in your job or field of work. Put the $15$ concepts in bold print to be easier identified.

Choose concepts that are related to operations management not just common management things like strategy, goods, services etc. Use concepts covered throughout the semester$---$not just items in the first $2$ chapters only.

The paper should be a minimum of THREE full pages. The paper should be double spaced and$12$ font. The paper will be graded upon development of ideas, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
