On 1 April 2017, Keraji Bhd sent a notice to its members calling for a meeting of members to be held on 15 April 2014. At that meeting the following resolution was passed:

A special resolution to alter the name of the company from Keraji Bhd to Kajari Bhd. This resolution had the support of 80 percent of those present and voted.
