On 10th October 2023 a militia group by the name Hamas belonging to Palestinian people decided to launch a terrorist attack on the territory of Israel killing civilians and taking hostages into the strip of Gaza which is part of Palestine. The state of Israel decided to declare war against Hamas in Gaza, leading to destruction of civilian infrastructures and loss of thousands of civilian lives. Since the armed conflict broke out so much of the international law has been violated by both parties with no proper solution to the dispute.
