On 17 July 2021 Jack offered to sell her car, a Honda Jazz to Mike for RM60,000. Mike offered to buy it for RM50,000. Jack refused to sell at that price. On 25 July 2021, Soda came to see the car and offered to buy it for RM58,000. Jack accepted Soda's offer.

With reference to the Contracts Act 1950 and any decided cases, advise Jack as to whether there is a valid contract with Mike and Soda. (20 marks)
