On 18th February 2022, Rocky sent a letter to Willie in which he agreed to sell his Hilux 4x4 Twin Cab for $25,000 with the offer held open until 4 pm 25th February 2022. The following day, after discussions with his wife (Julie), Willie decided to accept the offer to purchase the Hilux 4x4 Twin Cab but did not contact Rocky immediately because he thought he had till 25th February to contact Rocky. On 23rd February, Willie learns that Rocky had offered to sell his bike to Melvin. Willie calls Rocky at 8 am on the 24th of February, informing Rocky that he accepts his offer to purchase the Hilux. Rocky replied saying that he had already sold his bike to Melvin the previous day.
