On 1st July 2016, Benjie consigned 500 crates of Guinness costing GH810,000 each to Becca at a pro-forma invoice price of 33&1/3% (Thirty Three and a third percent) on sales. On the same date, Benjie paid GH6,000,000 in respect of carriage and insurance. On the 8th of July, Becca took delivery and paid expenses of GH1,000,000. On the 31st August, 400 crates of the consignment had been sold. Becca is entitled to a commission on sales at 5% and this was fully charged up.
