On August 20, 2022 T Challa was having a talk with Killmonger who wanted the country of Wakanda to begin a global revolution. During the discussion, Killmonger lunged at T Challa with a sword cutting his left arm which subsequently became infected. T'Challa initiated a battery lawsuit against Killmonger on October 15, 2022 claiming $25,000 in physical and psychological injuries. Killmonger defended the action alleging that his sword never made contact with T'Challa in the altercation and that T'Challa actually cut himself with a rusty penknife in an attempt to make Killmonger look bad before the Wakandan people

The case was heard on March 11 2023 in an Ontario Small Claims Court. The Deputy Judge did not accept the defendant's version of events and granted T'Challa judgment in the amount of $15,000 plus pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, legal costs of $3,750 and disbursements of $490. The damages awarded were eventually paid by the defendant on August 17, 2023 after he had a scary visit by Okoye, Wakanda's head of armed forces

What are the pre-judgment and post-judgment interest amounts owing to T'Challa? Show your calculations, including what quarter and year you are using for the interest rate and how you determined the number of days between event dates
