On Dec 31, 2020, the end of fiscal year, Blue Devils Inc. has a debit balance of $5,500 on Accounts Receivable and a DEBIT balance of $250 on Allowance for Doubtful Accounts. During January 2021, Blue Devils completed the following transactions:

  • Sales Revenue of $70,000 that including $50,000 in credit sales and $20,000 of cash sales (i.e. ignore Cost of Goods Sold and Inventory changes)
  • Cash Collections on account, $45,000
  • Write-off uncollectible receivables of $400
  • Bad Debt Expenses is estimated to be 3% of credit sales

Required:
