She telephoned Bennett the owner, of the cabin, and Bennett orally agreed to rent her the cabin for the entire month of July 2013, in exchange for $1000 to be paid upon Liz's arrival in Lake Placid.

In response to an advertisement in Ice Fishing Weekly Magazine, Liz telephoned Carol, a fishing guide. On December 20, 2012 they orally agreed that Carol would take Liz fishing on Lake Placid on the afternoon of December 23, 2013.

a. In June 2013, Bennett called up liz and announced that he rented the cabin to someone else. Liz sues for breach of contract and Bennet pleads the statute of frauds as a defense. Judgement for whom? Explain.
