On February 10, 2021, Bob was inside the Appliance Store of Mumay. He wanted to purchase the Condura Refrigerator that he saw thereat which is worth P18,000.00 but he had no cash with him at that time. He however brought his checkbook with him. He talked to the Store Manager who eventually endorsed him to the store owner (Mumay). Bob requested Mumay to let him purchase out the refrigerator and to accept his personal check.
