At acquisition date, Spider reported common stock of Rp300.000.000, additional paid-in capital of Rp100.000.000, and retained earnings of Rp200.000.000 respectively. Spider sold all inventory it held at the beginning of 20X1 during 20X1. Equipment held by Spider at the date of acquisition had a remaining economic life of three years.
