On June $5,$ Sellars, the sales manager of Clone Arrangers sent the following response:

$"$We are pleased to quote you an F$.$O$.$B$.$ Lansing price of $$3\mathrm{.}00/$lb$.$ for our prime little green men. This price is valid for $1$ week.

On Friday June $7,$ Krylov sent the following response:

"Your offer is ridiculous! We will seek another source of little green men.

On June $8,$ while in the club house at the Lansing Country Club, Krylov ran into McNitt while preparing for a round of golf. Krylov commented that he thought the price he got from Clone Arrangers was outrageous and McNitt replied that it was their standard price, but, for a fellow club member, she would provide Krylov with as many pounds of little green men as Krylov would need for the next three years at a price of $$2\mathrm{.}00/$lb$.$

Krylov replied: "That's still a little high, can I have some time to think about it$?"$

McNitt replied that if Krylov would let her try out his new Big Stella driver, she would give Krylov a week to make his decision.

Krylov replied, "Sure" and handed his driver to McNitt.

Krylov went off for a golf lesson. Upon completion of his lesson, Krylov decided to check in with his secretary$.$ When Krylov called, he learned that the company had just received the cookie concession for the new Lions stadium, and that he would need an uninterrupted supply of little green men to fulfill his obligations to the Lions.

Krylov immediately started searching for McNitt, and finally found her in the celestial meditation room. Krylov immediately rushed over to McNitt and breathlessly exclaimed, "I have to talk with you about the little green men deal now!"

Upon being interrupted in her meditation McNitt flew into a rage and screamed, "Get out of here. I wouldn't sell you little green men if you were the last man on earth. $"$

Krylov screamed back, $"$Oh no you don't! I accept your offer to supply little green men for $$2\mathrm{.}00/$lb for the next three years. Deliver $1000$ pounds of little green men first thing tomorrow morning."

McNitt replied, "NEVER!"

In a panic Krylov replied, $"$As far as I$\text{'}$m concerned we have a deal. If those little green men don't start arriving tomorrow my contracts' lawyer R$.$ Corbin will sue you for all you're worth."

Upon returning to his office and taking a stress pill, Krylov sent the following letter to McNitt:

"I am writing to confirm our contract under which you will provide me with my requirements of little green men for the next three years for a price of $$2\mathrm{.}00$ per pound.

McNitt was very upset that Krylov was so insensitive that he would interrupt her meditation that she immediately sent Krylov the following mail$-$gram:
