On June 2, a juvenile, D.G., was observed by employees of a Savings and Loan in a shopping mall exchanging approximately $1,000 in small bills for larger denominations. The police were called and a description of the boy was given. Officers observed the juvenile about ten minutes later carrying four bags from Toys R Us. The officer approached and told D.G. to come with him and get into the police car. The police officer asked where the rest of the money was and searched the juvenile's wallet. The police then drove the juvenile to the police station for more questioning.
