On page 58 and again on 61 in Bellamy's essay (so, basically the first half of her essay). Bellamy describes video she has seen that bears witness to brutality against Black bodies. You'll need to read her whole essay in order to respond here, but I want you to focus on her illustrations of the video evidence as well as her description of how that footage makes her feel.

Does, as Bellamy fears, this video footage embolden hate? What lessons does she want "white folks" to take away from the videos? Use at least one quote from anywhere in her essay to illustrate what you think viewers of violence against Black bodies, especially violence | perpetrated by law enforcement. How should viewers take what they've learned and put it into action? You CAN, but do not need to, use real examples of videos that have been released, but you do not need to. If you do use real examples, please be aware that these videos are likely triggering to your peers.
