On Sheets of papers, show a ladder logic diagram for the the basic workstation that involves: 1 Conveyor chain, 2 workstations, 1 booth, and two robots. Conveyor chain needs to run when start buttons are pressed at the booth and both workstations. These same stations needs to stop the booth also. There will be 3 emergency stops and they shut down everything, this can be done by knocking out the master control panels start. The booth will need a pressure sensor, this pressure sensor will shut down the line and the robots, it will shut down the robots by shutting down their run signal. The booth will need a limit switch to let it know parts are there and to have the robots work on them. it will also have signals for the two motors running its exhaust and intake fans.If either of the motors are not on, the robots will not run and the chain stops. All of this will be fed from a master control panel that needs to have an auto on push button. This signal allows the program to run. Names to use: Estop 1, Estop 2, Estop 3, st 1 on, st 2 on, booth
