On the Building Community Questionnaire , (Northouse 234-235), I scored in the average range indicating that I am moderately interested in including out-groups. I would like to think my leadership style is more inclusive of dissenting opinions than just average/moderate. I truly value the concepts or ideas that those under my charge bring to the table because I am humble enough to know that I do not know it all, and more often than not, my 'followers' come up with more innovative ways to go about things than I thought of. I also admire the courage it takes to be an out-group member- the ones that stand firm on disagreeing with or not identifying with the majority
