On the California statutory will when it says to name the guardian of the person, do you put both the guardian's name and the child [for example would I write Paul Smith for Patricia MckKinney or do I simply put Paul Smith and because I listed the age of the child on the form, the court will know I am referring tho the younger child not the one over 18 -- is this correct?
