On the other hand, Brigham & Ehrhardt (2016) believes that companies care about intrinsic Value because they make money by setting their market price near or above this Value. Companies also care about intrinsic Value because increasing it attracts more investors, which grows their firm. If the stock is below intrinsic Value, should an investor consider purchasing the stock, in your opinion? If so, why, and if not, why not?
