Your project will include the following parts:

1. Describe the human resources situation or need including any necessary background and/or examples.
2. Conduct an in-depth literature review of best practices on what companies are doing to resolve this situation. You can check the Internet, read articles, and/or conduct personal interviews. Be sure to check the SHRM web site (www.shrm.org). Include aminimum of five companies' practices/solutions.
3. Describe the two or three best alternatives you considered to resolve the situation.
4. Design a program to meet the need. Include details of your program with a proposed implementation plan.

Prepareuseful informational handoutsto be distributed to each member of the class. Also, prepare a 1 -2 page summary detailing each individual's contribution to the project. These are the only "written" things that are required for the project
