On Tuesday, Amina sent an email to Benito offering him $2,000 if he would repair a hole in the roof of her garage that weekend. When Benito received the email, he immediately responded to Amina, emailing her that he was very busy but would check his schedule and get back to her by Thursday at 5 p.m. if he had any openings.Amina responded via email: "Okay."

On Thursday at noon, Amina had not yet heard from Benito and was getting very anxious, so she texted the following to Charlene, who had done work for Amina on a prior occasion:

I know that your prices are steep but I need the roof of my garage roof fixed ASAP, since the weather forecast says that a hurricane is expected on Monday.I'll pay you $2,500.I'm heading out of town for the weekend today, but can you get it done before I get back?

Charlene responded via text:

Let's do it this way - I'll come by later this afternoon and, if the job looks worth it, I'll begin work immediately and be finished by Saturday. If not, I'll contact you and give you an estimate.I remember where the extra set of keys is hidden.

At 4 p.m. on Thursday, Benito emailed Amina informing her that someone had cancelled for Friday and, as a result, he could repair her roof.Amina was very happy, since she didn't expect Charlene to do the job for $2,500.She immediately responded via email, " Oh great!!

I won't be around tomorrow, but please get started anyway and finish before the hurricane gets here on Monday.I'll leave the key under the big flower pot in front of the garage."

Charlene arrived at Amina's house on Thursday around 4:30 p.m. and realized immediately that $2,500, to her surprise, was a good price for the amount of work and, therefore, as promised, she began work on the roof. She completed almost all of the job that evening and planned to complete the remaining ten percent of the work on Friday morning.

Overnight on Thursday, the hurricane took another path.As a result, Amina decided that she didn't need the roof of the garage repaired immediately, after all. She decided to spend the money, instead, on an Omega Speedmaster watch that was on sale for $2,400.

Benito showed up the next morning, Friday, at 8 a.m.When he couldn't find the key, he immediately emailed Amina and informed her that he was at her place but there was no key. Amina responded,"Oh, sorry. The hurricane changed its path so I changed my mind.I'm not going through with our deal at this time. But I will definitely keep you in mind for the future."

Immediately thereafter, Amina texted Charlene:

"Do not begin work.I have changed my mind about our deal since the hurricane is not coming after all!"

Based on your understanding of contract law, discuss Benito's and Charlene' rights, if any, against Amina.Provide legal reasons for your conclusions.
