Follow-up methods include a self-assessment process and quality management audits. Managing the continuous improvement experience is key to achieving sustainable business results. Contrasting original QMS performance data to subsequent performance data will provide a clear picture as to the effectiveness of the system. If new issues emerge, a reevaluation of QMS methods is conducted to ascertain the total impact of the original changes.
